Norm Looney is an international traveler who lives and works in Los Angeles.  He holds two graduate degrees in Fine Arts.  His work has been exhibited extensively both nationally and internationally with over twenty solo exhibitions and numerous public projects.  He has been included in museum exhibitions, private and public collections to include:
